Welcome to Siratie. Siratie is owned and operated by Digital Pass Establishment, a registered establishment in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under Commercial Registration (CR) No. 7051100811, based in Dammam.

By visiting our website (siratie.com/en/), downloading our mobile application from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, or using any of our career tools, you agree to enter into a legally binding agreement with Digital Pass Establishment under these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue using our website and mobile applications immediately.

User Account Registration, Passwords, and Security Obligations

When you register an account with Siratie, you agree to adhere to the following security and behavioral standards:

• Accuracy of Information: You certify that all data submitted in your resume profiles, educational credentials, work achievements, and contact details are accurate, complete, and truthful.
• Confidentiality of Credentials: You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and passwords. Any action conducted under your account is deemed performed by you.
• Notification of Breach: You agree to notify our security team immediately at info@siratie.com upon detecting or suspecting any unauthorized access to your account.
• Prohibited Conduct: You may not misuse Siratie to impersonate third parties, submit falsified credentials, or engage in automated scraping or attacks against our server infrastructure.

Intellectual Property Rights and Proprietary Content Ownership

All intellectual property rights associated with Siratie remain the exclusive property of Siratie and its licensors:

• Proprietary Technology: Our proprietary resume templates, ATS parsing heuristics, scoring algorithms, visual designs, brand assets, logos, and software code are protected by Saudi and international copyright and trademark laws.
• Limited Personal License: We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our templates and export your generated resumes in PDF format solely for personal career and job application purposes.
• Restrictions: You may not extract, reverse-engineer, redistribute, sell, or commercialize any templates, algorithms, or visual components of Siratie without explicit written authorization.

In-App Purchases, Subscriptions, Renewals, and Refund Terms

Siratie offers standard free capabilities alongside premium subscription tiers (Siratie Pro) that unlock unlimited ATS analyses, specialized executive templates, and priority job matching:

• Payment Processing: All digital subscriptions and in-app purchases are billed and processed through the official app store providers: Apple App Store for iOS and Google Play Store for Android, priced in Saudi Riyals (SAR) or local currency.
• Auto-Renewal Policy: Recurring subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date via your Apple ID or Google Play account subscription settings.
• Refund Policy: All refund requests are governed exclusively by the terms and policies of Apple and Google. Siratie does not directly bill or hold customer payment card details and cannot initiate direct store refunds.

Disclaimers of Warranties, Limitations of Liability, and Employment Outcomes

While Siratie employs state-of-the-art algorithms to maximize resume readability and ATS compatibility, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Empowerment Tool, Not an Employment Guarantee: Siratie is an advisory technological platform designed to assist in optimizing resume structure and discovering career postings. We do not guarantee job interviews, placement offers, or hiring outcomes.
• Independent Employer Decisions: Final hiring determinations are made solely by prospective employers and recruiters based on their internal discretion and recruitment criteria.
• Aggregated Career Feeds: Job postings are curated from verified public and private sector feeds in Saudi Arabia. While we strive for accuracy, Siratie is not responsible for expired postings, employer alterations, or third-party recruiting practices.

Governing Law, Jurisdiction, and Dispute Resolution in Saudi Arabia

These Terms of Service and any contractual disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by, construed, and enforced exclusively in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The competent judicial courts located in the city of Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes or legal proceedings arising under these terms.
